Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who loves recruitment and people to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in Human Resources and Technology Recruitment.

In this role, you will manage and expand our client portfolio, focusing on human resources and technology recruitment - our services at HR HOME. You will be crucial in identifying and attracting top talent, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, specifically focusing on human resources and technology fields.
• Develop and execute comprehensive client acquisition strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract high-quality candidates for client requirements and professional team leader.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client management and business development, preferably in the human resources and technology recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of human resources and technology recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
