Operation Specialist

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for passionate people with a technological orientation looking for a first foothold in the high-tech world.

As Operation Specialist you will be a member of the R&D group and work closely with both R&D teams and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manually tests over devices according to R&D requests
• Perform operations when needed to try and resolve incidents as soon as possible
• Work closely with R&D Teams to solve complex incidents
• Be part of the operation process and assist in procurement and operations processes
  
  

• Experience working in a technological environment
• Highly motivated to learn new technology
• The ability to self-learn quickly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
