Server Core Operations Manager

Job Description

• Plan and track software development activities in backend infrastructure & core teams
• Organize and execute cross-company efforts to support the R&D teams
• Drive the group’s goals considering all aspects from a high-level
• Closely follow issues, engage relevant stakeholders, documenting as needed and bring to resolution
• Plan roadmaps for the infrastructure and build documents and presentations
• Plan and organize team activities such as purchasing and expenses, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, team gifts, offsites and team activities, recording meetings and video editing
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, and the design and implementation of new systems
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as an Operations Manager with a demonstrated ability in project planning and execution
• Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Hebrew
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask between large and small projects, balancing urgent and important tasks
• A team player who is naturally collaborative with others and loves to help out
• Able to maintain a comprehensive, high-level perspective of projects while paying close attention to details
  
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in managing engineers
• Knowledge in software development
• Proficiency in Google office tools: Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Groups, Forms, Calendar and Google Drive
