Payments Business Expert

Job Description

• Establish and maintain commercial payments partnerships to achieve company directives and strategies
• Create and monitor business KPIs; initiate and lead projects to achieve company goals
• Understand the business and provide feedback and perspective for company initiatives
• Analyze, monitor and reconcile business activity and financial data of the company and prepare detailed reports to support payments activity
• Work closely with the Finance, Legal and Payments teams to create effective cross-company processes
  
  

Qualifications:

• You’re a payments expert with a background in finance and commercial partnerships with 5+ years of experience in the online payments industry or in a relevant fintech company (bonus points for experience in strategic partnerships)
• You are highly motivated and passionate people’s person with strong engagement skills
• You have a sense of responsibility and take ownership of what you do
• You have deep understanding of how the business works and are capable of leading and managing cross-company initiatives or processes end to end while building interfaces within many groups—inside and outside of the organization
• You also have great analytical and operational skills and you are highly adept at reviewing commercial agreements. Enthusiastic and diligent, you have strong interpersonal skills and native-level English
