QA, Integration and Testing Engineer

I&T (Integration & Testing) team was established to improve the quality of products sent to clients. This is achieved by controlling the testing process while also properly documenting it in a clear way.

Our team is committed to meeting the company quality requirements. In order to comply, I&T is writing test plans for all production systems, creating images for car-PCs, as well as providing schematics and instructions for the testing processes and automation solutions. We work together with the engineering department to keep the testing process up to date with changing systems. The team's activity provides solutions to both internal and external customers by improving both testing and system quality and adhering to product design.

What will your job look like:

• QA testing for internal automation infrastructure –responcibility for testing full lifecycle of internally developed automation infrastracture
• Integration and test systems prior to releasing them to vehicles
• Working in a Linux OS environment
• ⁠Write scripts (shell/bash) and find creative ways to make the testing process more efficient
• Support and troubleshoot issues with systems configuration, scripts, images
• Working with development and testing teams
• Maintain the laboratory environment (remote access, test stations, setups)
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Hardware and Software integration/testing – Must
• Ability to work in Linux environments – Must
• Knowledge of Linux OS installation, operation, file and system formats, etc. – Must
• Good knowledge of PC Architecture and OS including hands-on experience - Must
• Experience with writing scripts in Bash or equivalent script language – Advantage
• Knowledge of software lifecycle – Advantage
• Proven experience in debugging combined hardware and software systems
• Knowledge and experience in working with measuring devices and debug tools such as VOIS, CAN log, Kvaser, Multimeter, Power Supply, Infineon, flash ISP Device Programmer (Dediprog)
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
