Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, employees, and other HRBPs to drive organizational success.
- Identify HR needs and provide expert guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing employees while implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to support high-performance teams.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and life events.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions, including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, and team building.
- Create an enjoyable and stimulating workplace to enhance employee retention.
- Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and use data insights to assess and positively impact business units.
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant HRBP experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong consulting, coaching, communication, and influencing skills, establishing trust as a valued partner.
- High-level English proficiency for operating effectively in an English-speaking work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking, a can-do attitude, and the ability to use data to identify insights and trends that drive action.
