Technical Manager

The company is looking for a talented Technical Manager to join our team!

Among the responsibilities:

Lead the development of innovative and complex Software Defined Radar systems

Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters to the system engineering team and our diverse R&D teams

Collaborate with the R&D, engineering and product teams to ensure the timely delivery

Coordinate technical activities (development, integration, test, deployment, delivery) across the multiple functions within the company, its subsidiaries and sub-contractors

Requirements:

BS.c in relevant engineering field (electronics / computers / software)

3+ years engineering experience in a system-engineering or technical management role

Experience and understanding of complicated multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)

Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously

Quick learner, flexible and adaptive, precision and attention to detail, a team player

Familiarity with Radar\RF systems – major advantage

Proven experience in R&D hand-on roles - RF / Board design / Algorithms - advantage
