We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join us during this exhilarating phase of our growth.

As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our HR initiatives to ensure our workforce is nurtured, engaged, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. You will provide professional consultation and support on personnel and HR matters within the supported departments. Acting as a strategic partner, the HRBP will collaborate with the supported departments throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, terminations, absences, performance, coaching, and resolution of complex employee relations issues. They ensure strict adherence to local legal requirements, ethical standards, and best practices, fostering an open and professional dialogue with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation and support on all personnel and HR matters within supported departments.
• Handles the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, terminations, absences, performance, coaching, and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Ensures total compliance with local legal requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
• Maintains an open and professional dialogue with all internal and external partners.
• Leads the implementation and continued application of key HR processes within the organization.
• Implements compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
• Implements talent and performance management strategies, including identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and talent reporting.
• Drives HRIS implementation, providing end-user support, training, and data preparation.
• Develops data analysis models to support decision-making and strategy.
• Implements global diversity and inclusion strategies, examining workforce data and talent management practices.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to identify and share best practices.
• Takes an active role in talent acquisition, including planning, management, conduct interviews, and oversight of recruitment processes.
• Promotes employee referral programs, ensures a positive candidate experience, and fosters inclusion and diversity.
• Identifies training needs and develops customized learning solutions for various business units and support functions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP, with expertise in a global organization
• Background from a pharmaceutical organization is an advantage
• Excellent level of Hebrew and English
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local employment laws.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
