China market Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join us. you will be in charge of our Chinese market operations side analyses and must be native Chinese speaking. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive. As the Operations Analyst, you will work closely With our Room mapping lead on our flag product maintenance and daily operations while Performing business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

Each member of our team is an all-around player who influences the product from the overall experience to the development, and you'll be no different. You should be passionate about building a product end-to-end, through the UX, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our data in the company’s flag product by inserting and completing data tasks.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Integration data structures.
  
  

• 2+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
• Native Chinese speaking
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Advanced English required.
• Creative troubleshooting abilities
• Basic SQL knowledge - big plus
• Ability to understand flows and provide creative solutions
• Multi-tasking, self-learning, highly motivated and a team player
• Experience working within the Travel-tech industry is a big plus.
