As an Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations team for the Acquisition Specialist. You will monitor and track leads in the CRM system, analyze ARVs, identify errors and gaps, and maintain effective communication with the sales team. Leverage your leadership and social skills and analytical abilities and take an integral part of maximizing the team's productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Distributing leads to Acquisition Specialists during shifts actively.
• Reviewing and going through disqualified leads.
• Performing various tasks within the department.
• Following up on the Specialists' tickets.
• Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with team members and providing support to junior members.
• Supporting the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Analyzing After Repair Values (ARVs).
• Providing MLS and comps support.

Requirements:

• Technologically-oriented students with a passion for data, excellent teamwork skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred backgrounds in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, industrial engineering, and economics, management or psychology.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Working hours/Location:

• You must be available for 4 shifts per week between the hours of 16:00-00:00 and 19:00-03:00 at our office on Sderot Saadia Gaon, Tel Aviv.
• The shifts can be between Sunday-Saturday, weekend shifts are from home. For the first few weeks, the shifts will be from Sunday to Thursday until you can work independently.
