As a Team Lead of User Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Tailor Brands by developing and executing a comprehensive UA strategy. We are seeking an exceptional A-list candidate with a proven track record of success in leading and inspiring high-performance teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented UA managers, overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge UA approaches and technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven UA strategy that aligns with Tailor Brands' overall business goals
• Manage a team of UA managers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they are achieving their objectives
• Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge UA approaches and technologies, including BI solutions, LTV prediction models, programmatic buying algorithms, and UA automation
• Collaborate with the Creative, Analytical, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of UA efforts
• Serve as a main point of contact and expert for the Product Teams on all matters related to UA
• Manage relationships with key UA partners to secure the best possible deals and outcomes for Tailor Brands
• Cultivate a growth-oriented, data-driven, and achievement-oriented mindset within the UA team while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing UA strategies
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of UA professionals
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, organic search, social media, and email marketing
• Expertise in UA analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for driving growth and achieving results
