Job duties

• Testing and certifying critical pharmaceutical production equipment and systems.
• Leading validation process - from defining the requirements and specifications and up to full certification of the equipment / system. As part of this role, you will be required to take part in leading initial and periodic validation performances.
• Managing the validation process, as well as coordination with interfaces, monitoring planning versus execution and finding solutions to occurring issues throughout this process.
• Working in compliance with European GMP regulations and procedures.
• Writing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ) and validation reports.
• Collaborating with the various departments in the plant; Engineering, Manufacturing, QA.
• Managing deviations and implementing corrective actions required by the validation process.

Requirements and skills:

• BSc in Engineering: Biotechnology / Chemistry / Machinery / Biomedicine / Electronics – a must
• At least 3 years of experience in performing validations in a pharmaceutical factory, experience working in a sterile environment is an advantage.
• High level of English
