Position Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager with expertise in electronics manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), supply chain management, and global logistics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring the smooth flow of our production.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the NPI process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products. Manage the transition from prototype to production, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

• Procurement: Oversee the procurement of turnkey and component materials from subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and increase supply chain efficiency.

• Global Logistics: Manage the global logistics and distribution network, including import/export activities. Optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to minimize lead times, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

• Quality Control: Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement in product quality.

• Cost Control: Develop and manage the operations budget, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in NPI, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

- Proven experience in operations management within the electronics industry, with a focus on NPI, procurement, and global logistics.

- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize supply chain operations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
