We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as a Co-Founder and CEO to lead the company in our pursuit to revolutionize the dating industry.

Position Summary:

We seek a dynamic, hands-on CEO with extensive experience in the U.S. SaaS B2C market, startups, and fundraising.

The right candidate will be a team player with a proven track record in leadership roles, including successful fundraising initiatives, team development, and a no-ego approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led Madly-In's strategic planning and execution in partnership with the founding team, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Oversee all aspects of Madly-In's operations, including business development, sales, marketing, finance, and product.
• Drive fundraising efforts and investor relations.
• Attract, retain, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
• Guide the product vision based on an in-depth understanding of the dating market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Represent Madly-In externally with media, industry partners, and at public events.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership roles within the SaaS B2C sector.
• Demonstrable track record of successful fundraising efforts.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a "No Ego" approach to work.
