Validation Engineer

Looking for a Manual QA Engineer to develop and execute software tests on an innovative, patent-pending cyber security platform.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to demonstrate a passion for high quality, work with an excellent group of engineers, and set the bar for the quality of the platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with R&D teams to support the delivery of an exceptional product and user experience.
• Perform manual test plans and Functional, System, Integration, and Regression test executions.
• Proactively ensure products high quality release within agile development process.
• Perform troubleshooting to understand the root cause of an issue.
• Provide the first line of defense for investigating and documenting bugs as they are reported.
• Triage all issues and bugs and escalate as necessary.

What you’ll bring:

• 4 years of experience as a manual QA Engineer \Validation Engineer.
• ISTQB certification, and/or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Familiarity with embedded products.
• Good experience with Ubuntu or other Linux variants, especially debugging user-space applications.
• Experience with Atlassian software stack.
