Responsibilities:

• Continue to build the system and infrastructure for scale, using multi-services architecture
• Strive for automated CI/CD flows and automated tests.
• Promote Agile development
• Innovate for efficiency
• Directs the professional growth of staff by providing coaching, mentoring, and training
• In addition to taking a Senior part in the hands-on development efforts in the team, you will be the go-to person in the expertise fields
• Build a long-term roadmap and short-term plans towards product delivery
• Hiring and staffing strategy to address employee succession and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Microservices and infrastructure intense understanding  - Must
• 5+ years working on a large production environment with many types of services, databases, and components  - Must
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, and/or full-stack- Must
• 3+ years of experience of group leading (4 teams) - Must
• Architecture and Software Design experience - Must
• Experience with operating NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Neo4j, and ElasticSearch - Must
• Hands-on mentality - Must
• Experience and knowledge in machine learning methods - Incredible Advantage
• Experience with docker and Kubernetes tools, preferably EKS - Cool
