Frontend Tech Lead

Our all-star team is currently seeking a highly motivated Frontend Tech Lead who is passionate about their work and still hungry to learn and make an impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, be a self-starter, and have experience working in a team setting. You should also have experience working on high scales, be able to communicate effectively with our product & data teams, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.

Our engine allows the creation of an infinite amount of complex creatives, and the tasks require a combination of architecture, performance, and flexibility that differ from the usual frontend development life cycle of transforming Figma sketches into react components.

What You’ll Do:

• Take significant ownership of the frontend systems used by the company and creatives which are distributed to a massive number of users every second.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to generate new ideas and approaches. Sharing is a key cornerstone for us!
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and user requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our challenges.
• Identify and address technical challenges that arise during the development process. Implement creative solutions that balance technological requirements with user-friendly experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes and methodologies. Encourage a culture of innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Frontend web development
• Experience with Javascript, Typescript & React
• Experience with reviewing pull requests from colleagues and improving their technical capabilities
• Familiar with modern and commonly used software design and architectural patterns - such as micro frontends
• Front-End unit testing - Bonus
