Position

Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Israel

Duration: 6 months

Specific Working Arrangements: Hybrid in the office (Hod HaSharon) min 2 days p/w

This position is a short term (min 3 months) contract to support hiring campaigns for our Software Engineering site in Israel. Our Israel site drives innovation across the heart of the Riverbed SaaS portfolio and plays an integral part in designing, building and maintaing our industry leading solutions. Reporting to the Manager, EMEA Recruiting and working closely with the Enginering HRBP & Leadership, you will be contributing to that continued success through leading critical hiring processes ranging from individual contributors to 'Director of' and Architect positions.

What You Will Do

• Own full-cycle Recruiting across our Israel recruiting campaigns for multiple positions and internal customers without agency support
• Be a subject matter expert and business partner to internal customers, helping them to align hiring practices to strategic direction, priorities and goals
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with senior leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders within Riverbed
• Accurate reporting and forecasting of requisition and progress status
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to other members of the team on topics such as outreach, marketing, sourcing, D&I and best practices
• Define and constantly look to improve internal processes including job descriptions, interview processes and other workflows
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Multiple successful years of experience as an Enginering Recruiter working in a global SaaS/Software Product company
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Keen storyteller able to articulate vision and values
• Genuine, with a high trust factor
• Fluent in Hebrew
