Marketing Event Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team with a variety of administrative and logistical tasks. This includes managing event logistics and creating and managing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end event logistics for all marketing activities worldwide. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and tracking shipments.
• Create and manage marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and giveaways.
• Process purchase orders and track inventory levels worldwide.
• Track payments and invoices.
• Work with the legal to ensure that all marketing materials are compliant.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
