UA Team Leader

A global performance marketing company is looking for a User Acquisition Team Leader to lead an incredible team and experience success by managing large budgets for international, industry-leading companies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train a team of strong account managers.
• Full responsibility for international strategic clients and management of customer portfolios
• Oversee all of account managers activity, from strategy to hands-on campaigns optimization.
• Performance oriented and results driven.
• Introducing new tools and techniques for the team.
• Collaborate closely with Tech and Creative teams.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing online campaigns.
• At least two years of experience as a Team Leader - Must
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and Facebook ads and TikTok – Must
• Previous experience working with Gaming companies.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube and other platforms - An advantage
• Proven track record with large budget campaigns.
• Technical and analytical orientation
• High level English - written and spoken - a must
• High analytical skills and profound knowledge of Excel
• Highly motivated and energetic person
