Sales Operations - Israel

Your mission

Sales Operations is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by managing various operational tasks, processes, and systems.

This role collaborates closely with sales, finance, marketing, and other departments in Israel and with the related departments abroad to ensure streamlined operations,

achievement of sales goals, and leveraging strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Your mission (Required)

• Communication with customer on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.
• Generate and gather information for regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts and etc., on weekly/monthly basis.
• Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
• Support Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the management of sales contracts.
• Coordinate with production team, logistics team, project team, sales team to make sure projects will be delivered smoothly ad successfully.
• Work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection on weekly basis.
• Manage Sinosure and local credit insurance, and control the payment risk of shipments.
  
  

• English & Hebrew at least on C1 level, Chinese mandatory
• Strong data analysis skills
• Good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, WMS, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple Nice to have:
• Prior solar industry experience would be a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business Management &/Logisitics or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience, an advantage
