OpsGuru's value to our customers centers around our ability to provide deep technical guidance based on their business needs. As an Account Executive, you will be tasked to identify, qualify, and close new cloud business opportunities through your own prospecting and collaboration with our partner sellers (AWS, Microsoft & Google). You will be a self-starter, interested in taking the next step in your sales journey. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to take any action in order to lock down a meeting, but will take an analytical and data-centric approach in doing so.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Qualifying leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound and through partner channels
- Understanding customer needs and solutions
- Presenting and delivering information to customers and our partners (AWS, Microsoft & Google)
- Working closely with the broader team to reach country goals
- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically
- Use and track metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Cloud services
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and individuals
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Expect moderate travel
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of previous relevant experience in roles
- Proven track record of B2B sales of Professional Services
- Experience with the public sector
- Experience with specific cloud services (GCP and AWS)
- Familiarity with RFP, SOW, MSA, etc.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving targets
- Customer obsessed
- Commitment to execution, accountability and opportunity ownership
- Enthusiastic, optimistic and "entrepreneurial" approach
- Written and verbal communication skills (both in Hebrew and in English) with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Risk and escalation management experience represents an advantage
