Back Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back Office Manager to join our dynamic team at WeSki. As a Back Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our customers' ski holidays. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team that handles the success of customers' orders backstage, confirming vital components of the order process, and the supplier's financial operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team responsible for order fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution of customers' ski holiday packages.
• Oversee the confirmation of essential components such as ski passes, flights, and transfers.
• Utilize your knowledge of Excel, Back Office, CRM systems, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Be available on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) to provide support and address team questions as necessary (relevant only during the ski season; December to April).
• Reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of your team to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar role within the B2C travel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, and experience with CRM systems and automation processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Flexibility to be available on weekends as needed.
