As a HRBP, you will make a direct impact on the culture and performance of the departments by delivering valuable insights, developing alignment between employees and business goals and advising managers & employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers, empowering them to enhance their leadership capabilities, performance management, and employee engagement skills.
• Lead and support organizational changes, including restructuring, and cultural transformations
• Support business growth by partnering effectively with managers and employees and delivering value that aligns with business objectives.
• Identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational & employees success.
• Develop and implement HR practices, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance leadership and management effectiveness.
• Balance the needs of both the employees and the business through strong communication and collaboration; be a trusted advisor to employees, managers and leadership through day-to-day activities.
• Responsibility for the full employee life cycle people experience from onboarding to offboarding.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a HRBP in a global hightech company .
• Passion to make an impact.
• Team player, excellent communicator, curious and self-learner.
• Ability & willingness to be highly business-oriented & understand core of business goals.
• Creative problem solver with excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
• Can work effectively with all levels of the organization with a wide range of personalities and skills sets.
• Experience implementing OD processes.
• Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required.
• Supporting GTM departments - advantage
• Master’s degree in related field- advantage
