Affiliate Manager

A leading and successful FX brand in Tel Aviv is looking for an  Affiliate Manager (full time).

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment. The candidate must be an innovative, independent, and out-of-the-box thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Research, recruit, and maintain new partnerships in the online affiliate field.
• Build strong relationships with past, current, and potential partners.
• Performance analysis and optimization, drawing business insights, and identifying new opportunities.
• Ability to negotiate various pricing models based on data analysis (CPL/CPA)
• Support by training the partners on the platform, marketing tools, data resources, and best practices to be more successful.
• Manage partners online ecosystems of marketing /social apps and digital media.

Qualifications (Requirements/Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in affiliation. – a must.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent English speaker and excellent Hebrew level – a must.
• Excellent sales, analytical and negotiating skills.
