We are looking for a Virtual Events Manager to join our EMEA team, to own, manage and be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our webinars and online events.

The role involves driving lead generation from online events and webinars, managing all technical aspects of these webinars, promoting the different activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role, which requires a ‘get things done’ approach and attitude.

As a Virtual Events Manager in JFrog you will…

• Collaborate with speakers and Product Marketing to develop compelling webinar content aimed at educating and generating leads, MQLs, and SQLs.
• Manage the technical aspects of webinars and online events, ensuring seamless platform setup and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal and external speakers to prepare them for webinar presentations, set up a timeline, and make sure everything is on track.
• Develop and execute promotion plans to boost registrations and attendance, including working with Marketing Operations for email promotions, as well as social media, content writers, and more.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to utilize webinars as a lead generation tool.
• Analyze data post-event to refine strategies and improve outcomes for future webinars.
• Manage the webinar promotion budgets effectively and optimize results in collaboration with the PPC team.
• Craft and execute email marketing campaigns to drive participation and engagement.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and promoting webinars and online events, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong technical skills to handle webinar platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficiency in email marketing and lead generation techniques.
• Exceptional project management skills to oversee end-to-end webinar processes.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze webinar performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Must be an efficient self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and proficient with Salesforce as well as BI or other data and dashboard tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with DevOps, IT, DevSecOps, or related industries is a plus.
• English is a must, other languages are a plus.
