We are on the hunt for a proactive SDR Operations Analyst dedicated to enhancing our customer-centric processes and strategies and supporting our SDR organization. This role is instrumental in our journey of business expansion and operational excellence and is focused on optimizing the sales & marketing funnel, in partnership with marketing, sales and business. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the operational efforts needed to support our worldwide SDR teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to understand the top of funnel lead flow and optimize the conversion of inbound leads to the pipeline.
• Oversee and drive market research projects aimed at identifying potential customers, and boosting SDR outbound activities.
• Spearheaded diverse efficiency and growth projects, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
• Design and implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Track key pipeline metrics and deep dive into complex data, transforming it into actionable insights and comprehensive reports partnering with leadership to drive effective GTM planning and prioritization.
• Provide top-notch solutions concerning technical flows, user experiences, and data integrity.
• Stay updated on core processes, crucial business drives, and resources to aid client-focused teams in accomplishing company objectives.
• Evaluate and introduce new technological tools for the SDR team.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 2 years in Analyst, CS, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and management is mandatory.
• Familiarity with BI, data enrichment, and sales outreach tools and Excel is a plus.
• A genuine passion for analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
• A comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel is crucial.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
