Job Description: Junior PMO & Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Junior PMO & Operations Analyst to join our team in Bangkok. Working under the direct management and guidance of our Project Manager & Systems Administrator, you will assist in optimizing cross-departmental workflows, crunching operational data, and ensuring peak performance across our primary tech stack.

·       Project Management Skills: Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

·       Expediting Skills: Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.

·       Inspection & Quality Control: Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

·       Logistics Coordination: Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle transportation, accommodation, and activity coordination.

·       Industry Experience: Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.

·       Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Communication & Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in the Thai language is considered a strong advantage.

·       Adaptability & Presence: Ability to work collaboratively on-site in our Bangkok office, respond quickly to sudden changes under tight deadlines, and maintain a strict customer-focused approach.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Economics / Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems – an advantage.

·       Excel: High-level proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical and text functions) – Required.

·       AI Tools: Basic familiarity and practical use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI-based automation tools) for work efficiency, data analysis, or formula writing – Required.

·       Information Systems: Familiarity or prior work experience with Salesforce (or another leading CRM) – Significant advantage.
