Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation Strategies: Develop and implement revenue generation strategies that drive the company's financial growth. This role involves a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to meet or exceed financial targets.

Sales and Business Development: Oversee sales teams and business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. This includes setting sales targets, designing incentive structures, and implementing sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. This involves a strong focus on customer engagement and post-purchase support.

Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to drive demand and generate leads. Ensure that marketing efforts align with revenue goals and return on investment (ROI) expectations.

Product Roadmap Alignment: Work closely with the product management team to align the product roadmap with revenue objectives. Make critical decisions on product development, enhancements, and features based on market demand and potential revenue impact.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and track progress toward revenue goals. Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and adapt strategies as needed.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in product marketing (3+ years), preferably in the IT industry.

Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1) is essential. Effective communication and presentation skills are a must.
