Head of Engineering Team

• Conducting POC (Proof of Concept) for engineering solutions and sales to security customers in the fields of wiring, equipment, cabling, communication and control systems, and electromechanical systems.

• Providing technical support, including estimating timelines and costs.

• Assisting in procurement and production processes.

• Creating electrical and mechanical drafts.

• Understanding engineering change processes (ECO) and transferring them to production.

• Establishing and maintaining engineering work instructions and documentation.

• Engineering of components (finding substitutes) as needed.

• Specifying equipment/tools for production, examination, and process specification.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of experience in the military sector in wiring, equipment, cabling, and electromechanical systems, including planning in these areas. Mechanical and electrical design experience is a must.

• Familiarity with the use of the PRIORITY system.

• Understanding of product manufacturing processes in the fields of electro-mechanics or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in Office software at a high level.

• Ability to lead and manage processes.

• High-level English proficiency.

• Methodical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.

• Problem-solving skills "outside the box."

• Independence, initiative, and self-motivation.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.
