Responsibilities:

• Leading our Full-stack Platform team while performing hands-on work.
• Determine and implement our roadmap and new user-facing features to ensure smooth delivery and integration of services while collaborating with other internal teams.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality code, spearheaded the planning, execution, and review of sprints.
• Grow and develop individuals, leads and align that growth with the wider needs of the business.
• Lead efforts to research and adopt new technological solutions that can enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a technical leadership role.
• At least 5 years’ experience in developing Full stack development.
• Experience in software program delivery in React, Python, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Familiarity with Docker and GitLab or similar tools.
• Team player, can-do attitude, and empathic leader.
