What You’ll Do:
- You will be the full P&Ls owner of Arpeely’s eCommerce vertical and own the internal and external facets of our eCommerce business line
- Oversee customer growth and support all business and operational day-to-day needs
- Internally, work with Data Science, Product\Growth and engineering, to execute vertical media strategies and grow customers by any means
- Become the POC for leading eCommerce brands and work closely to develop business, technical, and media opportunities that will propel the partnership on both sides
- Work with the founding team to define and position Arpeely’s eCommerce media solution and value proposition among eCommerce brands.
- Source new customers and unlock additional revenue opportunities with existing clients to maximize growth
- Standardise onboarding processes for new clients from contract negotiations to internal onboarding, bidding processes, and team alignment
- Create and implement data, bidding and creative best practices across all clients
- Work with the Internal Product team to define requirements and aid in developing our evolving in-house managed DSP product and the needs of our clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior or VP position (marketing, data, growth) in an e-commerce company or a tech company that serves an eCommerce company - Must
- 5+ years in the eCommerce or AdTech industry
- Extensive knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystems, attribution models, and eCommerce site mechanics.
- Excellent understanding of the Media-buying\digital marketing\Programmatic ecosystem and landscape (SSPs, Publishers, etc..)
- Data-driven with excellent data analysis skills
- Business mindset, independent, proactive and creative with the ability to rally teams across projects
- A highly effective communicator and presenter with extreme attention to details
