We’re Hiring: Senior Shopify & Brand Growth Lead

Type: Partnership-Based Role (Performance Compensation)

Profitzon is expanding our brand portfolio, partnering with established, high-performing brands where we hold full exclusivity on Amazon and, in many cases, on Shopify. These are brands with strong sales, existing demand, and clear potential for rapid scale.

We are looking for one exceptional person to lead the Shopify growth engine for these brands.

Someone who lives and breathes eCommerce, with proven experience building and scaling Shopify stores and online brands. Someone hungry, driven, and ready to win.

This is not a typical employee position.

You will operate as a growth partner with Profitzon’s full power behind you.

You focus on leadership, strategy, and execution.

• Own and manage the full Shopify ecosystem for selected brands
• Lead CRO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
• Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Leverage existing creative assets + create high-performing new content when needed
• Build and execute the brand’s growth roadmap
• Monitor performance, optimize KPIs, and ensure healthy profitability
  

• 3+ years experience building and scaling Shopify stores
• Strong background in performance marketing and growth strategy
• Deep understanding of CRO, funnels, and analytics
• Ability to operate independently and lead end-to-end execution
