CEO - Agtech

Our client is a company in the field of Agtech based on Life Science, an advanced company that uses innovative technologies. The company is seeking for a CEO.

The CEO will manage the company, raise funds, lead a team, determine a long-term strategic plan, and will continue to develop the company.

Location: Israel, Central (On-site)

Scope: Full time

Reporting to: Chairman

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising for the continued development of the company.
• Determine a long-term strategic plan and lead its execution.
• Establishing collaborations, negotiations, and agreements, business development
• Lead and manage a team of managers and employees.
• Establish operational capabilities in target markets, and oversee the company’s operations, including R&D & product development.
• Continue to develop a leading technological position through the unique capabilities of the company.
• Working with many internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

• Previous senior management experience from Agtech based Life Science sector, or from Chemicals companies, or from Pharmaceutical start-up companies-must
• CEO position- a significant advantage.
• Academic degree in scientific/biology/chemistry/business/finance-must.
• Previous experience in fundraising and dealing with investors/capital markets-must.
• At least 5 years of management experience-must.
• Business background in Agtech is a significant advantage. A combination with biology/chemistry-an advantage.
