Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our startup team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing and content capabilities and a drive to grow alongside us.

Responsibilities

-         Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.

-         Create and oversee content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and more.

-         Manage, coordinate, and actively participate in company events and exhibitions across Europe and the US.

-         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral and promotional materials.

-         Oversee all PR and Marcom activities.

-         Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

-         Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Native or fluent English proficiency.

• Strong operational and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and PPC.

• Solid experience with Facebook marketing and content creation.

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making.

• • Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, etc., is a plus.
