Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Unity (Merged with ironSource) is looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our outstanding Procurement team! The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement processes and have experience negotiating with suppliers. They should also be able to handle complex deals and have the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Finally, they should have a passion for problem-solving and excellent customer service.

What you will do:

• Lead internal stakeholders on purchase requests to pay.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with the company's vendors and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential technology vendors and partners.
• Engage multiple functions within the organization (R&D, FP&A, legal, operations, security, IT, operations, HR, etc.) to deliver maximum results.
• Evaluate the commercial offers of new vendors, recommend the right sourcing process and negotiate to optimize cost and terms to reduce risks.

What you will need:

• At least 4 years of experience in the procurement field in a high-tech company
• Experience with vendor management, sourcing processes, and tools. Ability to draft and manage the RFP process, perform spend analytics, and develop recommendations.
• Self-learner, passionate about procurement and tech.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Lead savings initiatives, driven by data analysis, technical and commercial trends.
• Analytical skills - creating dashboards, data analysis.
• A team player with exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker.
