What you’ll do?

• Manage the FB & IG Handles: Content, Publishing etc.
• Manage the day-to-day with local Digital/Social agencies in the market
• Manage digital ad campaigns for European markets, coordinating with local agencies and Moroccanoil teams
• Strategizing marketing budget distribution based on the marketing calendar
• Manage Moroccanoil Europe IG channel
• Oversee 3 local market Moroccanoil IG handles
• Develop a plan for social activations, sweepstakes, and growth tactics in accordance with market launches & focuses
• Work with Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Education, and Design teams to support 360 launch plan & go-to-market strategies
• Develop ideas to come up with innovative and unique ways to engage with consumers and stylists on social

 All you need is…

• At least 4-5 years of similar experience in Social Media Management
• Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, and/or related fields
• Native in English, written and verbal (or level of fluency)
• Digital/Social Platform Management
• Social Media Expertise, passionate about social media, up to date on latest trends
• Video editing tools a strong plus
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
