We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our growing R&D department. As a team lead, you will lead and mentor developers to achieve the team's goals while working hands-on.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of talented developers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
• Proactively build your team, recruiting and onboarding
• Growing and mentoring your team members
• Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release
• Lead architecture, delivering code alongside the team you lead. Guarantee product and code quality (code review, design reviews, automatic testing, CI/CD.)
• Lead your team to success in their squads
• Develop your team members personally and professionals
• Conducting one on one sessions with your team member and providing feedback

Requirements:

• 6+ years working as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in managing highly skilled developers and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them.
• 2 + years of experience in web development
• Deep understanding of one (or more) of these technologies - ReactJS/React Native/Scala/Java, Node.js, or similar
• Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining a GCP/ AWS environment.
• Experience in Agile development, including continuous integration, deployment, and coding for automated testing.
• Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments.
• Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
