Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the field of robotics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share for our products.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the target markets such as Logistics, Fulfilment and Manufacturing, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, value proposition development, product positioning, and messaging.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, promotions, and sales enablement initiatives.

- Create and maintain product collateral such as datasheets, white papers, and case studies.

- Drive the company’s brand awareness growth plans

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the robotics industry and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Product development teams to ensure product roadmap and launch plans are aligned with market needs and customer feedback.

- Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the robotics/logistics industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Experience in market analysis and competitive analysis.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
