Onboarding Product Manager

Are you our next Onboarding product manager?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced product manager who will take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from being the voice of the customer to the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders alike while also working with your peer product managers.

You will translate customer needs, commercial value, and business goals into professionally written documentation. You will work alongside Design and Technology to ensure the product meets the high standard of customer experience that we aim for.

By joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Your Role:

• Define, manage, and lead your product from ideation through to delivery whilst aligned with the overall product roadmap.
• Work with Customer Research, Design and Data to analyze the customer requirements and align them with strategic goals of the business.
• Take initiatives, problem statements or feature requests and break them down into actionable pieces of work that bring the most value and are aligned with the strategy.
• Clear and continues knowledge transfer with the product owner that will be the main focal point of the development team.
• Be a team player within the development team to provide support, answer questions and guide them on the overall product vision.
• Acting as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Through the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments.
• Works closely within the Product function both within a specific area and overall to ensure product alignment across the company.
• Takes opportunities to learn, grow and understand what the latest is from our competitors (inside and out of the industry), the current market trends and latest customer experiences are.

Your Skills:

• You have 3 years + of experience as a product manager in an agile working team
• You have Great interpersonal skills such as active listening and collaboration when working with other stakeholders or teams on a common goal.
• You have good verbal communication skills, High standard of written, visual, and you can communicate clearly through all means.
• You are Highly organized in terms of planning and prioritization of workload and effective time management skills.
• You are a Creative thinker with the ability to identify an issue, be clear in what the problem is and be able to break it down to simplify it for others.
• You have experience in working within an Agile framework.
• You have experience in and working knowledge of Design, you appreciate great design and enjoy collaborating on great user experiences.
• You have Technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects.

• The Onboarding product team oversees the customer’s initial interactions with our product, from the moment they start our registration process, through various verification processes, and lead them to have a verified account in which they can deposit and wager. 888 WH is working in highly regulated markets and as part of your job, you will be in charge to set the simplest onboarding flow, meeting all regulatory needs to allow our customers to wager safely.
