Technical Recruiter

A young and rapidly growing agency is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team in a new international project. We specialize in personnel selection and employment in various fields, including high technology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, providing highly qualified candidates on every application.
• Careful work with different search channels.
• Continuously follow up with candidates until the cycle closes.
• Provide timely and effective feedback on application status.
• Provide a red carpet treatment to candidates and internal clients.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking all candidate applications and their progress.
• Meet key performance indicators and expected results to contribute to organizational/client success.

Work from the office in Petah Tikva - railway line.

From 8:30 to 17:30

Qualifications

• 1+ years of international technical recruitment
• Proven experience managing high volume recruiting, from sourcing to cold calling and candidate introductions.
• Extensive and universal candidate selection methods + interview approach
• Full professional knowledge of English
