Product manager

We are looking for a passionate, experienced full stack Product Manager to join our product team and take part in ideating, building, and optimizing our products.

As a Product Manager in our team you will be responsible for products and experiences that serve end customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a product role, defining, building and optimizing products preferably in the B2C/gaming industry with a proven success record
• Strong product UX and design skills with proven experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience in running A/B tests
• Great matrix management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent English
• Experience in product or Funnel optimization: big advantage
• Strong understanding of the gaming market, products, and trends: advantage
• Experience working with CMS platform – advantage
• Product marketing background: advantage

Responsibilities:

Drive product initiatives through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with end-to-end ownership.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Create great product specs and excellent UI/UX wireframes.

Build product hypothesis, A/B test them, analyze performance & define next steps.

Optimize consumer experience through data analysis, competitor research, and user insights.

Team up with designers, R&D, marketing and business owners to drive great results

Prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders effectively

Know your users! Run user testing, interviews, surveys turning feedback into insights

Execute! Make things happen.
