We are looking for a Quality Engineer for our 'Telma' factory in Arad.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring operational processes in the factory and delivering high-quality products to customers.
• Regular inspections on production lines, addressing deviations, and initiating investigations to improve product quality and prevent discrepancies.
• Participates in project-related meetings, handles customer complaints, and assists in enhancing work procedures and cleanliness in the area.
• Managing the quality domain across all departments and areas within the factory, following work plans, and monitoring ongoing performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field, OR a fourth-year student with the availability to work four days a week.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial setting, is an advantage.
• Previous experience of two-year quality field is preferred.

Additional information:

• Ability to work one day remotely if needed.
• Working days: Sunday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 (flexible), One Thursday every month from 14:00-22:00 and one Friday every month from 08:00-12:00
