Solutions Architect

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team and help generate solutions, strategies and bring the value of true architecture-minded concepts to life.

By joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with R&D and product team
• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Research current and emerging technologies while proposing changes where needed.
• Be a part of an amazing Team for Requirements analysis, and high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions.
• Define and Adjust software processes while assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Design and built through concepts, POC, taking into account multiple deployment scenarios in a regulated market.
• Provide technical guidance in software & platform design, constraints, while working with multiple stakeholders.

Your Skills:

• You have In-depth familiarity with complex development systems.
• You have 3 years of experience as an architect or R&D manager.
• You have 5 years of experience as a developer / hands-on manager.
• You have Matrix management abilities; able to drive and motivate interfaces.
• You have Presentation and guiding skills; able to convey messages effectively.
• You have an understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends – working with public clouds such AWS and GCP.

You have a significant advantage if:

You have experience with high-volume systems and designing solutions for reliability and performance at scale.

You have experience with backend and frontend stacks such as .net core (and .net framework), node .js, react javascript, micro-frontend patterns, mobile development – best practices, tweaks, under the hood, and monitoring and with CICD pipelines and platforms, Git flow, etc.
