Web Analysis Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Leadership: lead, mentor, and inspire a team of web analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Technology Expertise: Stay updated on the latest web analytics tools, platforms, and industry trends, ensuring our team is at the forefront of data technology
• Strategy: Play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven marketing strategies for clients, providing guidance on optimization and improvement
• Solution Architecture: be the main architect for clients' smart data solutions. Conduct in-depth analysis of web data, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate data into actionable insights to drive their marketing strategies
• Reporting: Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• +2 years of working as a Data Analytics Team Lead
• 5+ years of experience as a Data / Web / Marketing Analyst
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on marketing and product/process analytics skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing including business terminology and consumer behavior
• Experience using one or more of these languages: SQL / JS / R / Python or similar with large data sets
• Hands-on experience working with Google Tools: GA, GTM, Data Studio / Looke
• Cloud platforms: GCP / AWS or other cloud platforms with emphasis on BigQuery and Snowflake, or similar - MUST
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Understanding of complex data modeling projects
• Excellent Hebrew and English - be able to manage and communicate with customers and professional partners
