Position Summary
The Business Development Director will work in concert with regional leadersh to build and drive an ecosystem of new clients, partnerships & alliances that will expand the Company’s market reach and deliver value to our current clients. Initial focus will be on the Israel operation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support regional leadership team and the Israel Revenue Team in developing and executing a direct and indirect lead and pipeline development strategy to build and grow Rimini Street’s presence across key market segments and regions to achieve current period business targets and to create a long term sustainable business.
- Develop leads and pipeline across the region to exceed quota targets every quarter.
- Identify, recruit, onboard and develop committed, loyal partners.
- Continually assess, clarify, and validate partner needs.
- Build partner pipeline and manage partners to that pipeline.
- Develop and execute against a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter.
- Manage Israel's Direct and Indirect sales strategy.
- Work cross-functionally across Rimini Street to provide input on messaging alignment, operational coordination, and evangelization of the Rimini Street strategy.
- Partner with marketing to provide input on the execution of programs and events to drive direct and indirect leads, pipeline, and deal progression.
- Develop joint messaging and value propositions that highlight mutually beneficial relationships and value to end customers, along with repeatable sales enablement programs and toolkits.
- Represent and evangelize Rimini Street as a compelling spokesperson, telling the Rimini Street story to promote the company and build the brand.
- Develop, protect, reinforce, and extend the unique and strong Rimini Street culture.
- Travel as needed (estimated up to 50%) across the country.
