Sales and Service Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales and Service Manager.

Leverage your expertise to drive impactful solutions and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the Technology and Data division.

As the leader of a team you will be responsible for overseeing various systems, including Salesforce, and ensuring the quality and integrity of the implemented solutions.

Your role will involve monitoring and controlling the execution of work plans, adhering to timelines, ensuring performance quality, and providing guidance and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct management of a team of 6 employees.

- Professional management of various systems, notably Salesforce.

- Monitoring and controlling the quality and integrity of solutions implemented in various systems.

- Tracking and overseeing the execution of work plans, including adhering to timelines, maintaining performance quality, and providing consultation and guidance.

- Collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders, with an emphasis on various departments within the sales division, as well as external suppliers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- 3 years of experience as an SF implementer or as an SD implementer in an ERP system (SAP/ ORACLE).

- Experience in managing a team of employees.

- Experience in the FMCG industry - an advantage.
