What You'll Be Doing   

• You lead one of the HW Design platforms, Including mmwave RF high-speed I/Os for automotive sensors. 
• You will work closely with other organizations to conclude all HW requirements, Perform a PDR CDR review, and release the required simulations and analysis to the RFIC and VLSI groups. 
• You will lead throughout all design steps, electrical schematics, component selection, layout guidance, hands-on testing in a lab environment, accompanying production, and board bring-up. 
• You will take part in complicated debugging of Board or board-to-chip-related issues. 
• Collaborate and integrate with all HW project disciplines: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL, and more. 

What We Need To See: 

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering. 
• 7+ years' experience as a senior hardware design engineer in a high-tech industry – from Silicon Company preferred. 
• Experience in leading Multilayer PCB design. 
• Layout and schematics CAD expertise Altium. 
• Experience in SI & PI simulation, EM (CST/HFSS). 
• Experience in low noise power supply design – low noise DC/DC multi-output switching regulators. 
• Hands-on lab skills. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Fluent in English and Hebrew. 

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd 

• Experience in designing automotive platforms (radar is an advantage) for high-volume manufacturing. 
• Proven knowledge in RF, low noise DC regulators, high-speed design - DDR4, LVDS, 1Gbps, 10Gbps. 
• Experience with SI, PI, and EM simulation using tools such as HFSS and CST.
