Introduction:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inquisitive researcher to join our team. In this role, you will lead our agronomy R&D efforts, driving innovation in plant sensing for optimized irrigation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded research initiatives, leveraging your expertise in plant physiology and irrigation and nutrition optimization services.
• Contribute to our strategic commercial direction, identifying new opportunities and fostering scientific excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for integrated solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, represent us at conferences, and publish findings to make a global impact.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Plant Physiology or related fields, preferably in permanent crops.
• Extensive experience in plant physiology research focusing on irrigation and nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring technologies for plant sensing and irrigation applications.
• Proven track record of research project leadership.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, a team player and executor with a solid can-do mindset.
