As a key member of the Finance team, the Manager of FP&A will report directly to the Corporate CFO. The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial and business support to the Development organization

What you'll do:

• Provide financial and business support to senior leadership within Development and Product Management functions
• Assist with annual budget, 5-year financial forecast, cash flow forecast and other forecasts
• Provide financial and business analysis.
• Analyze and present forecasting models.
• Analyze budget and actual results.
• Translate business plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure the organization achieves its financial and operational targets. Recommend appropriate corrective action as needed.
• Develop business cases for capital investments and new business initiatives.
• Drive and implement new process changes to foster continuous improvement.
• Work closely with management and teams across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• NetSuite and PBCS (Planning) a plus
• At least 5 years of experience with accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, quantitative and strategic thinking skills required.
• Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment is required.
• Ability to self-start and work individually or as part of a team on special projects is required.
• Well-developed written/verbal communication skills are required.
• An MBA degree is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field of study required
